Simon's Graduation

 Simon's Graduation

June 12th, 2021

Our Senior, Class of 2021

The mandatory pose for the yearbook!
The night before graduation.  They put pictures of all the kids lining the parking lots.

They also had a big sign in the field.

Getting ready early in the morning!

It looked like it was going to rain but didn't!  It was also much better than sitting in the crazy hot summer sun!  Paige and Josh came up for a visit for the big day!

Grandma and Grandpa (Tim's parents) also flew out for a visit to celebrate Simon with us!

Pretty cool what they did with the scoreboard!

Walking out!  He is just behind the 20-yard line (Grey pants)

Almost to their seats.  He is the one in the middle behind the girl with the white stole.

There is our guy!  So proud of you Simon!

Thanks to live-streaming the event we still got to see him up close even though we were seated far away.  Thank you to Brook who watched it all the way across the United States and snapped this awesome pic for me!

Love that big smile!

They did it!  High school is now in the books!

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for coming out to support him!

The Graduate!

These two always take such funny "serious" pictures.

Siblings!

So glad we could all be together for Simon's big day!

Proud Parents!

A true Paige picture lol!

Perfectly color coordinated!

I love this picture of Tim and Larry!

Not often do we get to take a whole family picture!

Time for some red velvet cake!

Opening a weight bench he got as a gift!
Graduation dinner at Umi's Japanese Restaurant with family and friends.

This proud Mama had to sneak in one last pic of her and her son for the day!  It was not an easy year at all.  To be honest he didn't get a "Senior" year.  He had to stay virtual the entire year and only stepped foot in the school 1 day and that was at the end to turn in his Chromebook.  They even changed graduation plans 3 times and only decided right before to let them all graduate together in one ceremony. Not going to lie, it was a struggle.  But he did it!  The class of 2021 will be one in the history books.  We love you Simon!
