Summer Family Fun

We hit the ground running for summer this year. The kids had their last day of school on the 22nd and later that day Tim's oldest brother Mike and his family came to stay for a visit. We were lucky enough to get them for a few extra days than planned. They were supposed to stay only 2 nights but in the midst of their sight seeing we got to have them for a few extra nights since we are in a good location for the things they were doing. Plus we got to join in the fun and it was a vacation for us too. All three boys and their families got to go to Yakima so Mom had all her boys, daughter in laws, grandkids and great grand baby all in her house! We had such a great time and were sad to see them go home. Simon really had a great time with his cousin Jakob a fellow star wars fan and video gamer. Jakob was a hit with all the cousins he can play a great game of hide and seek.



In the middle of having Mike and Joni with us they happend to go to the beach for 2 nights and my Mom and Mark came to stay with us those 2 nights.



Then the fourth of July Steve and his fam and our fam went to Yakima again to celebrate the 4th of July with Mom and Larry and my Dad and Pat and we also got a visit in with Tim's Uncle Gale and Aunt Pat which we always enjoy.



Here are some pics of our fun times can't believe it's only couple weeks into summer! I think my kids now think 11pm or later is bedtime!!

We got some baby time here in the Crothers' household. Brennan is 6 months old and such a great baby. Simon kept asking me if we could get another baby. I told him we will just use Brennan while he is here. Simon said he just has such a cute face and smile Mom and Nixon is growing up. We got to watch him a couple times and we all really enjoyed it.

No we are not having a fourth no hints there since I know that is the next question going through your mind.

We all also went to the Woodland Park Zoo and the penguins made a big hit with my kids.

Simon enjoyed lots of piggy backs from Jakob!

We all took in a Mariner's Game after the zoo. Here is a list of names in order of age of all the cousins. Breanna, Jakob, Paige, Simon, Emma, Nolan, Nixon and Brennan.
