I can't believe Next year Paige will be in 6th grade. We are going to homeschool her but through the district here so she will take some classes at a co-op type facility. So far we have her signed up for Creative writing, art, Piano, acrylic painting, and cooking. The core subjects we are doing at home. Simon and Nixon will go to Talbot Hill next year. Simon in 3rd and Nixon in kindergarten. WOW they grow up so fast!!
We went to the CCTI (Chief's Call to Indoctrination) dinner over in Bremerton. Twice a year that gives us a reason to get dressed up for a night.
Time for a Silly photo!
Nixon graduated preschool! Yay Nixon, good job buddy. And look close he is singing!
Nixon and his preschool teacher Mrs. Guhlke. (Simon had her for preschool also)
Paige worked very hard on her state report for the 5th grade state fair. Poor kiddo really didn't feel good in this photo she had a cold and an ear infection.
Time for the yearly Talbot Hill Fun Run
Simon running with his class
The two little boys helped their Mamas hand out water to the runners! Next year both will be running with their own classes! I suppose I can't say little anymore huh?! They are both such good boys! Watch out Talbot Hill next year you will loose one Crothers but gain 2 more!!
Paige and her best buddy running with their classes!
Check out these awesome shirts! Guess who designed them? SIMON!! Out of 77 students that submitted drawings for the fun run shirts they picked Simon's. Over 500 kids and adults have shirts drawn by Simon. He won a $25 Toys R Us gift card for being the winner.
Tim and Nixon raking the hay at Grandma and Grandpa's. Then later Tim baled the hay and Paige helped with that.
Tim and I got to go out to a movie and dinner for our anniversary! Anyone want to take a guess how long we have been married????....... 17 wonderful years!
Fathers Day! Friday night we took Tim to a play called the Pirates of Penzance put on by the drama team at the H.O.M.E. program (where Paige will be doing part of her homeschooling next year). They sure did a great job wow! Then on Sunday we made Dad breakfast, gave him homemade cards then went to church. We were hoping to take him to a Mariners game but that fell through. Then we thought we would go fishing but the weather really wasn't too nice and it was chilly. So what does Dad like??? He likes to go to movies and eat hamburgers! So, off to the movies and 5 guys for dinner!
Alright that brings us to date. Next up 5th grade graduation, some camping, a trip to Maui, more camping, beach trip and all kinds of summer fun with cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and friends! I will try and post through out summer so I don't have all that to post in one post! Now if we could get some sunshine here in Seattle to go along with the words SUMMER TIME that would be great haha! It has to come soon I just know it!

Angie,
It has been a long time. You should link up to facebook and post your blog as your status. That way it would be easier for Ben, Colleen, Will, Gina, and I among other long lost friends to read your blog. You could also catch up with our lives and we could post back and forth. We miss you. Hope that all is well.
Love,
Kim Lesnick
I second what Kim said. :) It's super easy & SECURE.
Love you,
Brook
