We had a blast at Disney World. I have to give Shades of Green high regards! Wow do they really take care of military families and save us money. They have the largest standard rooms of any of the Disney Resorts and it's right on Magic Kingdom property. They also offer much cheaper tickets to the parks which include the extra park hours. It is a huge resort and took me a while to learn my way around but I learned it! They had 2 pools and one was Mickey Shaped. They also had a military convenience store with any items you may need from food to meds to toothpaste and of course Disney items, all tax free and lower prices than in the parks. They also had game rooms and restaurants and snack bars and a room for the kids that had computers with internet and TV's and Wii's and xboxes all free. They have shuttle buses that run regularly to all the parks and made it easy to get to where we needed to go. We planned our trip to have enough days that we didn't need to over due ourselves to try and fit it all in. Some days we only went in for a few hours and we made sure to have some down time and just hang at the pool. Today we packed up and headed to Jacksonville and we fly out to GTMO in the morning. We leave at 10am eastern time and get there at 12:05. So for those of you on the west coast we will be there by 9:05am your time! Crazy, I still can't believe it we are going there tomorrow and our new phase of life starts. I will make sure to update the blog as soon as I get internet!!

| At Epcot you can be an agent like Perry in Phineas and Ferb, and it takes you to one of the counties and they give you a cell phone and it tells the kids where to find clues and it activates things and you stop Duffensmertz from his evil plan. Ours was in Norway and one of the things was this big troll. So so much fun! |

| Simon of course loved the star wars stuff. Star Tours is now amazing it's now in 3D just like you are part of the movie and they have over 50 diff ones so each time you ride it's usually different. |

| Don't know how we did it but squeeze everything into a rental car. They were out of big SUB's so we got a small one needless to say there are suitcases under the kids feet and my seat was all the way forward but we did it! |

Thanks for checking out our Disney Photos. We had so much fun and pretty much saw and did it all. Nixon even went on Tower of Terror and so did Simon. Paige was the only one not to do it. Rode Pirates 3 times and Haunted Mansion twice, Soarin, Space ship earth twice, Splash Mountain twice, thunder railroad... You name it we rode it.
Well we are off to GTMO first thing in the morning. We go to the plane at 8 and fly out at 10am and get there at 12:05 eastern time! I will post again as soon as I can hopefully soon! We just checked the schedule and they are showing the new Ice Age movie tomorrow night (our first night there) and they are having bounce houses for kids and all movies are free! So looks like we will go to that and our kids can hopefully meet some others right off the bat on day one. I think we will have to rent a car for a while our car won't get there til Sept. 3rd!! Yikes! Love you all and miss you all! Can't believe tomorrow we start our next phase of life in GTMO. Still doesn't feel real. It sure will once we step off that plane I am sure!
