Paige is now 16! My how time flies. It seems like just yesterday she was a toddler toddling around with her little favorite book in hand (that she later stuck in the side of the fireplace hearth and was shocked that it was gone. Thankfully it was a set of four little books so we handed her another one!) We are so proud of you Paige. Of who you are and the woman you are growing up to be! We are so blessed to have you as our daughter!
Her and I made this cake and wow it was the best cake we have ever had! All of us enjoyed it, and usually the boys are not too excited about her healthy recipes. But this cake wowed everyone!

Tim sneakily told them it was her 16th birthday and after our meal they brought this out to her. I never knew restaurants were this creative for sweet 16's! She got lucky they did not sing to her lol!

We had a "girls" lunch for her at Olive Garden.
These are some of the girls from her youth group, one of her leaders and some good friends of ours. Great group of girls/ladies!
And they surprised her with this! Apparently they get extra fancy around here with their desserts for sweet 16's. Ha, at this one they did sing to her :)
