Mid May to June 2024

 Mid May and June 2024

I must make note that Simon isn't in many pictures for a bit now only because he is not here a lot of the time. He works about 2.5-3 hours away and he stays down there most of the time. So he isn't being left out or anything he is just busy!

As a retirement gift from Tim's last office, they gave us Mariners tickets for when they were playing in DC!  Such a thoughtful gift! They knew Tim well!

A nice night for a fire.

Nixon flew to Memphis to celebrate with some of his good friends who had just graduated. He then went with one of their families down to the TX coast for a week. Poor guy forgot to put sunblock on for a couple hours the first day and learned the hard way that the sun hates us redheads! He ended up with pretty bad burns on his shoulders.

Someone cornered someone Haha!

Now Piper is trying to figure out how to get in there.

Paige and Tim took to the water for an afternoon.

Paige planted a bunch of herbs and some flowers for our back deck this year.

For our 30th anniversary, we celebrated with dinner at Foode in Fredericksburg. It's in an old bank and we ate in the vault!

Lemon loves to hang out in the garage and her newest spot is in between the window and hood of whichever car is warmer from just being driven!

She also loves hunting bugs out there.

She learned from Mina to get on top of the banisters and catch her tail.  Probably not the smartest to do it at the top of the stairs! I ran up and got her down.

This is the spot we recently found on Quantico that has some nice big bass!

His biggest one yet!

Nixon caught some good-sized ones too. I didn't have as good luck, mine were not as big as theirs.

Wading and fly fishing out in the Rappahannock.

Grammy turned 100 this year!  The Coast Guard came out to her party where she lives and gave her a cake.
